- The grape is produced in own vineyards in the Region of Varna and the town of Shumen. The classical technology of processing and fermenting, using contemporary equipment, uncovers the potential of the grape.
- Fermented under controlled temperature of 12-15°C, having undergone a subsequent malolactic fermentation. The wine has matured in French oak barrels for a period of 5 months.
- It has a distinct vivid color with green hues, elegant aroma of caramel cream, combined with a mineral character. The taste is pervasive, leaving a long-lasting memory of softness, completeness and juiciness.
- It shall be served with light poultry meats, blue and soft cheeses, at a temperature of 12°C.
