- Blended wine from the species of Sirah, Merlot and Sangiovese, grown in South Bulgaria and Varna. Fermented under controlled temperature of 24-28°C, having undergone a subsequent malolactic fermentation. The wine has matured in French oak barrels for a period of 6 months.
- Vivid, sparkling ruby color. Elegant, fruit-and-herb spritzy aroma, with small forest fruits, caramel and red pepper.
- Round average wine bod, with well preserved fruit flavor of black current, red forest fruits and with delicate and refreshing finale.
- It is served with white, blue, yellow cheeses, white and red meat stews, at a temperature of 16-18°C.
