- Blended wine of the species Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Caberent Franc, grapes from the South Bulgaria. Fermented under controlled temperature of 24-28°C, having undergone a subsequent malolactic fermentation. The wine has matured in French oak barrels for a period of 12 months.
- Impenetrable dark ruby color of garnet hue. Discreet but complex wine spritzy aroma of eucalyptus, blackberry, Confit, iodine and black current liqueur. Round, melting wine bod of pleasant bottle amplification, ripe tannin and juicy finiale.
- It should be served with blue, smoked ripe cheese, roasted game meat and red meat stews, raw dried meats and sausages, at a temperature of 16-18°C.
