Description
- The grape is produced in own vineyards in the Region of Varna and the town of Shumen. The classical technology of processing and fermenting, using contemporary equipment, uncovers the potential of the grape.
- The wine has a distinct exotic fruit aroma, such as passionflower, kiwi, lilikoi. It has got a saturated and cool taste of good structure, lasting and fragrant finale.
- The wine goes appropriately with some mayonnaise-based salads, pasta, pizza, sea food delicacies and goose-liver terrine.
