- The grape is produced in own vineyards in the Region of Varna. The classical technology of processing and fermenting, using contemporary equipment, uncovers the potential of the grape.
- It has got a tender color with greenish hues. Its aroma is complex and fruity, with the typical of the species plant touch, combined with a delicate and fine taste, creating the typical pattern of the wine.
- It shall be served cooled to 8-10°C, complementing sea food delicacies, prawns, chicken, white cheeses, goose-liver terrine.
